Tim McGraw is touring the country solo this summer, and he will be stopping in the desert Friday, June 20th in Phoenix at the Crickett Pavilion. McGraw is one of Country’s most decorated entertainers and will take the stage and perform before thousands of Arizona’s country music fans. He will pull out all the stops including concert favorites “I Like It, I Love It,” “Indian Outlaw,” and “Don’t Take the Girl.”

This is McGraw’s first solo tour in three years. Tim and his wife Faith Hill have been on the road together the last few times on the successful Soul2Soul tours. In 2006 the husband and wife team became the highest grossing country road show ever, beating out the heavyweights of the year including the Rolling Stones and Madonna.

Tim McGraw has been cutting his legacy in country music for more than 15 years. In that time span, McGraw has taken home the hardware. Tim’s mantle holds three Grammy’s, 11 ACM’s (Academy of Country Music), 10 CMA’s (Country Music Association) and 9 AMA’s (American Music Awards). The songs “It’s Your Love”, “Just to See You Smile”, and “Live Like You Were Dying” have had the distinction of being named the Country Music #1 song of the year. Tim has seen 26 of his singles climb all the way to #1 on the Country music charts.

Hollywood has even found McGraw marketable. Tim has made his way to the big screen garnering the lead role in the 2006 family film “Flicka.” All the success has brought fame and fortune for the popular entertainer.

Tim has his hands in many charities. His Swampstock celebrity softball tournaments benefit Little League Baseball in the Northeast Louisiana area. McGraw is an active supporter of American Red Cross and he has taken part in the Favre foundation, benefiting disabled children in Wisconsin and Mississippi.

In the modern era of recording, session musicians are used for cutting new albums. McGraw bucks the trend and records with his touring band the Dancehall Doctors. Most of the Dancehall Doctors have been with him since his first hit, “Indian Outlaw.

The shows are building this summer in the desert. Top acts are lining up to play Arizona venues. Choices have to be made who to see, who to pass up, or maybe next year.

If you are on the fence with Tim McGraw’s 2008 “Live Your Voice Tour”, take the time and spend some money, get a lawn seat, relax, enjoy and be prepared for a good-time, rockin’ evening.
